MPW DESIGN from 1999 is a full-service design firm committed to developing innovative solutions. Our work is characterized by an attention to detail and refinement of material assembly. We approach each project as an opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with our clients. Early client meetings are centered on open-ended conversation. We work to help our clients outline practical goals and objectives as well as sometimes less tangible, but no less important, dreams and desires. Throughout the design phase we produce extensive two-dimensional drawing and advanced three-dimensional models and renderings. These tools and various other presentation techniques allow us to clearly describe and illustrate the design to our clients. Our goal is to continuously refine the project as its parameters become more focused and better understood. The collaborative approach extends to our work during construction. We establish a close relationship with builders in order to maintain the design integrity of the project and the successful implementation of every element and detail. To support the work and adapt to the varied programmatic requirements of each project and project type the office pulls from a large local network. This experienced network and our focused attention help maintain the construction schedule and budget throughout the fluid construction process.

We propose a project on the basis that you will chose :
- A survey and scaled layout plans
- Proposals of project (plans and elevations, 3D models)
- An estimated work or a quotation
- Technical solutions ( electrical installation plans, plumbing, carpentry) .
Price:
To be set after our first meeting, according to the planned
surface, the complexity of the site and the services you want.
We also handle the administrative formalities to obtain the necessary authorizations.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING
In addition to the design service above, we follow from A to Z the works so that they are fully consistent with your project and delivered on time .
After choosing the best craftsmen, we offer: A provisional schedule of work / meetings weekly or occasionally on request of the owner / Accounts - regular reporting / the decennial liability insurance.
Price:
10% to 20% of the amount of the works, depending on the surface complexity: this price includes the design service.
